Wild Weather

Woke up this morning (friday) hoping to go out for a bike ride along the river torrens linear park trail, only to find the wind blowing the trees in all directions! not even an hour later it started pouring down with rain...this was at about 9 am. Its now 1.45am on saturday morning and it still hasn't stopped raining!!

Im glad its raining cos of the drought, but this weather makes everyone so miserable - lighten up Adelaide :)

Okay, it's now late saturday evening and the storm is still going...yesterday the predicted rainfall was 20mm, however it surpassed that and we had 28mm, with all resorviours now overflowing and roads flooded, seems like its safer to stay indoors. The above photos are from those who have braved the extreme weather and gone outside.
